Is it possible to add like 20 centimeters to a film of 50 cm?

Is it possible to do the dipping that way, has anyone tried before with carbon Fiber?
The problem i have encountered is that central console of a car is like 60 centimeters large, and i need to follow the pattern which has to be dipped like (I)and i cannot do it like (----), that´s the problem, only adding the 20 centimeters will save my **badword**!!

I think I would find me a 100cm film or somehow double dip it . Post a pic and get some input on how you could dip it !

I agree find a similar film in 100cm and make your life easier. unless your are working out of a very small tank, in which case a double dip might be in order as suggested.
