Well that explains one of the last dips I had done. I was distracted and thought that i messed up while dipping the piece but now understand that was likely the pattern folding on itself. Again, thanks for the vid Jim.
Wish I saw this video 5 minutes ago.. left the creases too long and got a nice one right down the middle of my pattern! Oh well, we know for next time! Thanks Jim!
When dealing with the creases, you used your fingers to remedy the problem. Is there anything like maybe a soft paint brush that can be used to fix the creases and move bubbles?

@DozerCorbin most people prefer their hands because they don't want to have something else near the tank that could fall in. You are welcome to try things and share your findings. You want something that is round, soft, and will have no water on it.
Guys just use your fingers not need for extra stuff. That brush won't help when you have to pull out a crease. And for tapping the film tape 2 sides. If its a large piece of film cut a few slits in the tape.

@PagesHydroDipping I was wondering if there was a reason that the brush was necessary. Most people prefer their hands, but @DozerCorbin mentioned a disability, but didn't specify what that was.
@spinner, @studebaker, @WileECoyote Great video Jim, a lot of good advice from everyone, even so, after I found a way to place the film in the water, 20x21, it started hydrating fine, had a wrinkle to manage, all looked good, about 75 seconds after hitting water I sprayed activator, all good activation, I turn to get my test board, turn to face tank and 6 freaking bubbles! What the hell man. Can I take a sewing needle and prick them?? Would I have enough time?? I dealt with a few bubbles and crease before spray, but how do you deal with the bubbles after spray?

Because of Tramadic Brain Injury I suffer from PTSD among other **badword** like nerve damage in neck and back. The TBI causes severe mood swings, paranoid moments, hallucinations, violent out bursts. Can't be around people, can't tattoo any more, can work on vehicles or manage shop anymore. BUT, THIS HYDROGRAPHIC DEAL helps calm me. My daily deal is I wake up about 4:30 every morning severe depression and I fight that s*** until about 11 in the morning. Don't know why but it happens. This hydrographics gives me something to focus on during that time of the day and helps me be stronger to get over to the shop and get my **badword** in gear into something. Normally I wouldn't tolerate this film not performing this way or performing that way or the bubbles or the creases. In all honesty if it would have been anything else I would have destroyed it by now. Not bragging not trying to impress that's just what happened to me. But I like this stuff, I look forward to it every morning. The last two days along with this morning really put a whoop **badword** on me and I wasn't active in my pursuit of trying to figure this out. But I finally got back over here about 10 this morning. It is weird because my hands don't shake when I'm trying to manage the film into the water. Normally the only time that I don't suffer who hallucinations is when I'm in my truck. Now I don't suffer the hallucinations when I'm here at the shop. Life really sucked until I got interested in hydrographics.
This is what I use. A set of tweezers to hold corner and a make up brush of some kind. It's very soft, not course at all. Just can not figure out why I have the bubbles taking care of off the film before I spray but after I spray the activator I've got bubbles.
