Drying and rinse wait times
Hey Everyone, I tried finding a forum with some info about this but I was obviously unsuccessful....
I was wondering what an average wait time would be from dip to clear coat. I typically wait a day, but am I good to apply the clear once the part has no more water on it? Or does the actual ink itself on the film require a dry time?
Also, I have been rinsing immediately after my dips, and i'm wondering if i'm hurting myself doing this. My dips are mostly solid but need more improvement. I rinse with lukewarm water and dont use high pressure. I just read someone say that this can cause issues so I figured I'd ask.
Thanks for the answers in advance guys!!

You should touch up and clear within the topcoat window of your base paint. Some paints that is 8 hours, some 48 hours, some remain open indefinitely. Look at the TDS for your paint system.
