Hi guys I built my first tank well I’m in the middle of it taking some time but I was wondering has anyone made there own touch screen control panel or made a control panel period I’ve looked up how to make one and what I would need but coming up empty can anyone help me out.

there are a couple threads on here where people have built there own. Do some forum searching.

Welcome to the forum! A control panel needs two things. a switch to turn on and off the water pump, and a thermostat to control the heating element. Everything else like LCD control screens and LCD timers is upgraded fluff to justify making it sell for way more money. Like heated seats in your Hyundai.

But from the way you phrased your question, it implies that you want to build a Cadillac before you learn how to build a Chevette. There are indeed discussions about how to do that all over the forum that are accessible via the Search bar.

Keep in mind, dipping is what is going to make you money, building a tank or control will not... and when you have an issue, you have no one to call and complain too.

My control panel is a remote control outlet because it works and Im not betting my life on my wiring skills
