What size pump would be good for a 4 foot x 7 foot tank?

Just got get a pool pump. I normally get a 1-1.5hp one. Something you can get locally so it's easy to replace when it goes out. I keep a spare on hand.

Centrifugal pump...1/2 HP will last you a lifetime...but it's GOT to have at LEAST a 6" to 8" "volute" on the end...don't go buy those piece of garbage $50 1/2HP centrifugal pumps on Amazon with a 4" volute or you will be sorry...
