Nice looks like it will work pretty good. I would probably just want more shower heads so 100% of the parts get rinsed with out having to move them around.

yeah Jim mentioned some clip on spray heads that you only have to drill a hole in the PVC and you can snap over the pvc
and I figured I would resort to that if necessary.I forgot the manes of them though.Old age sucks.

I got 9 more K-balls. Wouldn't it be cool if they had oscillating heads.
  • andyandy Posts: 103Member
Oscillating balls would be great wonder if a lawn sprinkler head can be converted.well there I go again now I gotta get some and try it

I think there is something there. I have a turbo nozzle on my pressure washer that oscillates but only under high pressures. Your sprinkler should work fine but without a lot of pressure. I would check to make sure you got it all before clearing it.

I'm in need of a rinse station, which I haven't gotten around to building, and I was just wondering if all rinse stations have a pump and reservoir system or do some of them use fresh water every time you rinse? I am on a well here in the country and just dug a new 7000.00 well a year ago. I'm not a tree hugger but hate to waste a whole lot of water because some day it may be a commodity. Feedback is appreciated.

You can only recirculate the water in the tank for a while. It will become filthy with time. Some production shops refill daily. I don't know of any guys rinsing with tap water consistently. A recirculating pump seams to be a good way to save water. Good luck

TY Tsunami but in order to save money you first have to have money...lol

Also, is your water just at room temperature?
  • TsunamiTsunami Posts: 4,950Member, Business Ninja ✭✭✭✭✭
I try to keep the water about 75- 80
