Is the soak time going to be the same on the Blank film as the normal roll of film with no paper backing? (1 min @ 96 degree)

Blank printable film does have the same soak time as regular Chinese film. It is 30 microns thick with the same PVA formula.

Are you asking this because you are having difficulty with the film appearing to not hydrate? Sometimes blank film will leave part of the paper backing on the film when peeled from the backing at an unusual angle, causing the water to get to film to hydrate it.

I am able to get it to hydrate at 1min 30 When I peel the film the paper backing seems to be intact fully.
