How to remove the texture from the parts??

guyz, i just got this part, and the customer :D wants to get it done in wooden pattern and he need it in high gloss ,

i was wondering how to remove or cover up thesz textures :|

need ur help guyz ..

    Sand first. Knock down most of the texture before you even start. First determine the type of plastic (may need flame treatment). Sand as smooth as you can with 400-600, then I would use an epoxy primer and sand that smooth as possible for your foundation.

    All this and make sure to adjust your pricing to reflect the 3x work that you will be doing compared to a regular dip.

    Go with a 2k filler primer - it will sand easier than an epoxy
