Does anybody know what's happening with this radiator cover. It has white specs all over it. Is that something in the plastic.

Need more information about your entire process, brother! Looks under activated due to all the jagged holes in the bottom right black areas. But the white spots looks like you used an orange base paint over white, and it didn't like the activator. What paint did you use? What prep was done prior to painting?

This is crazy I've done 8 pc's all the same way and this one piece does this. I used a PPG auto paint with a gray primer and hydrovador activator.

So it was an orange base? Did you rub the part as you were rinsing after the dip?

How much time between primer and paint? And did you scuff or sand the primer before paint?

Looks like the activator is burning through the part on the high spots - how many coats of orange?
