    I watched all the break away videos.. very cool.

    But why did you not dip the entire dash at once? Was it different just not feasible?

    Due to different angles, it would probably result in lots of trapped air or stretching.

    Or the customer wanted the grain to go one way that the size of the film wouldn't allow.

    They picked a 50cm pattern and wanted the grain to go in the "North to South" direction of the dash so there was no choice but to dip it in 3 sections...

    @looch Sorry, I did that video back in 2009 I believe...for someone I trained who was having a hell of a time dipping these dashes...so that part is long gone...
